Return Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a return policy with the following guidelines:

 

Eligibility for Returns:

- We accept returns on unused, unworn, and undamaged products within **30 days** from the date of purchase.

- All items must have their original packaging with any tags still attached.

- Due to hygiene reasons, *personalized items* and *intimate products*  that have been opened or used are non-returnable.

 

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at zarryahsales.customerservice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

3. Once you receive the RA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging

4. Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

 

Refunds:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

 

Exchanges:

- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us and we will assist you in processing your exchange. All products must have original packaging.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

- If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will offer a full refund or replacement.
